We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request and return your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Terms and conditions regarding refunds or exchange for goods:
- Refund or exchange requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods
- Goods must be returned within the 30 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange
We accept refund or exchange requests for goods sold on our site for any of the following reasons:
- Goods are broken upon receiving
- Goods are the incorrect size
Refunds or Exchange:
Items can be returned for refund or exchanged for an item/s of the same value. Items need to be in original packaging for return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If an exchange is approved, you'll be notified via email with updated shipping details.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Request was made after 30 days of receiving the goods
- We haven't received the goods back within the 30 days of request
- Items are dirty (make up marks, etc)
- Items are damaged or defective (if not claimed upon request)
- Items have been worn
We will not accept refund or exchange requests for any items on sale items or gift vouchers.
To start a return:
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address. The customer returning the item is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
